 Yoga Winter 2025

Vinyasa Flow
Is a creative and dynamic form of yoga, originating in Ashtanga Yoga, the Indian Hatha Yoga. This yoga style combines breathing and movement into one experience,
with the focus on precise alignment of the body positions. A creative and harmonious sequence of movements emerges. Body and breathing exercises,
including meditation, change the attitude towards the outside world. The focus of Vinyasa Flow Yoga is on the asanas, the postures.
They are mentally and physically challenging and strengthen concentration. The movement in meditation brings the participants to inner peace.
Deep-lying tensions are released through prolonged stretching and holding.

Morning Flow
In this practice we'll blend in parts of Hatha Yoga as well as Vinyasa. This flow guides us back to our bodies and helps us connect with our body,
mind and soul through mindful breathing.

Hatha-Yoga (60 & 90 Min.)

Yoga in its powerful and calm form. The postures (asanas) are held for a long time and breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation are part of every lesson.

Yin Yoga & Meditation
Is a slow and more meditative yoga style, in which the Asanas (postures) are held for a longer period of time.
This restorative practice is a gentle preparation for our bodyand mind to get into meditation.

Pilates
Is a holistic full-body workout in which breathing and movement are brought into harmony. By tensing the deep abdominal,
back and pelvic floor muscles, the torso is stabilized and the powerhouse is activated. In addition,
the training of functional movement sequences promotes mobility.

In Pilates, the focus is always on the controlled and concentrated execution of movements.
In all exercises, quality is more important than quantity.

Ashtanga Yoga

This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures.
A process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs.
