In Yoga House we offer Hatha and Ashtanga yoga as well as pilates for all ages.

Hatha-Yoga (90 Min.)

Yoga in its powerful and calm form. The postures (asanas) are held for a long time and breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation are part of every lesson.

Ashtanga Yoga (90 Min.)

This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures. A process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs.

Senioren-Yoga (60 Min.)

Gentle Yoga for people over 60. In addition to gently mobilizing and strengthening the body, we work with breathing and practice simple yet effective meditation and relaxation exercises.

Pilates (60 Min.)

Pilates is a systematic full-body workout to strengthen the muscles, especially pelvic floor, abdominal and back muscles, as well as the balance between strength and flexibility. The practice is based on controlled execution of all movements, breathing, relaxation and centering on the powerhouse in the middle of the body.

Acro Yoga (90 min.)

In order to perform Acro Yoga, at least two people are required. It is all about mutual trust, giving and taking and the contrast of strength and gentleness. A central exercise is therapeutic or dynamic flying, whereby the therapeutic element comes from the yoga area and approaches it rather calmly and the dynamic part from acrobatics rather represents a swinging variation.
